Shipping Policy

Champion Construction Supply does not calculate or sell shipping services directly through its website.

Delivery availability, destination, charges, estimated dates, vehicle requirements, unloading conditions, and other logistics are confirmed directly through email, WhatsApp, telephone, quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation.

Delivery Availability

Delivery service may depend on:

  • Product type and quantity.

  • Delivery address.

  • Vehicle access.

  • Weight and dimensions.

  • Inventory location.

  • Required delivery date.

  • Applicable delivery charges.

Submitting an inquiry through the website does not guarantee delivery availability.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery date or time provided before final confirmation is an estimate unless Champion Construction Supply expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Construction conditions, product availability, traffic, weather, vehicle access, supplier delays, safety conditions, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Customers should not schedule installers or labor based solely on an estimated delivery time without confirming the order and delivery arrangement.

Delivery Location and Access

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are made inside the curb and onto an accessible portion of the customer’s lot or designated delivery area.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate delivery address.

  • Ensuring safe and lawful access for the delivery vehicle.

  • Identifying underground structures, utilities, irrigation, pavement limitations, gates, slopes, or access restrictions.

  • Providing an authorized person to receive the products when required.

  • Obtaining any permits or permissions required for access or unloading.

  • Preparing a suitable and safe unloading area.

Champion Construction Supply may refuse or modify delivery when the driver determines that access or unloading conditions are unsafe or may damage property, vehicles, products, or equipment.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss, damage, or destruction passes to the Buyer upon delivery by Champion Construction Supply or when the products are tendered to an authorized agent, employee, contractor, representative, or recipient of the Buyer.

The customer assumes the risk of property damage resulting from a requested delivery location or from unsafe, insufficient, or unsuitable access conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Inspection at Delivery

The customer or authorized recipient should inspect the shipment immediately.

Visible damage, shortages, incorrect products, or quantity discrepancies should be noted at delivery and reported in writing within 24 hours.

Photographs, invoice information, product descriptions, quantities, and other supporting documentation may be required.

Failed or Rescheduled Delivery

Additional charges may apply when a delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The address is incorrect.

  • Access is blocked or unsafe.

  • No authorized recipient is available when required.

  • The customer requests a change after dispatch.

  • Unloading conditions differ from those disclosed when delivery was arranged.

Any additional charge will be communicated directly whenever reasonably possible.

Product Installation

Delivery does not include installation unless installation services have been expressly included in a separate written agreement.

The customer is responsible for protecting delivered materials from weather, theft, contamination, movement, improper storage, or damage after delivery.
