Terms and Conditions

  • You (the “BUYER”) and CHAMPION CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY, Inc. (“CHAMPION”) agree that the following terms and conditions govern the sale of the products described on the reverse side of this page.

  • The BUYER is not relying on CHAMPION’s skill or judgment in selecting the products. CHAMPION shall not be liable for any consequential damages or replacement labor, and the BUYER waives any related claims.

  • Deliveries are made inside the curb and onto the lot at the customer’s sole risk. CHAMPION accepts no responsibility whatsoever for damage resulting from such delivery.

  • A 25% restocking charge applies to returned merchandise. No refunds will be issued without an invoice. A 1.5% monthly interest and service charge will apply to all past-due accounts.

  • Any product claimed to be defective must be presented for inspection in the same condition in which it was received by the BUYER, either at CHAMPION’s facility during normal business hours or as otherwise directed by CHAMPION, within ten (10) days of purchase or delivery to the BUYER.

  • No claim for credit will be considered for products that have been modified, discarded, or destroyed before inspection and written authorization by CHAMPION. Any questions regarding the acceptability of these products must be resolved before installation. No adjustment will be made after installation. Please contact a company representative with any questions.


    THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • All claims for shortages or allowances must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact a company representative as soon as possible.

  • The risk of loss, damage to, or destruction of the products passes to the BUYER upon delivery by CHAMPION or upon tender of the products to an agent, employee, or representative of the BUYER.

  • RETURNS: To protect our customers, CHAMPION reserves the right to refuse any materials returned for any reason whatsoever. A restocking charge will be assessed on all materials deemed returnable. No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days. All materials returned for credit must be accompanied by the appropriate sales invoice.


    CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING

  • Products sold by CHAMPION CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY, Inc. may expose you to chemicals, including crystalline silica, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, and acetone, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

  • Processes such as dry cutting, chipping, drilling, or grinding concrete or masonry products may release dust containing respirable crystalline silica (quartz).

  • FAILURE TO USE APPROPRIATE RESPIRATORY PROTECTION DURING PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO RESPIRABLE CRYSTALLINE QUARTZ MAY CAUSE DELAYED OR CHRONIC LUNG INJURY, INCLUDING SILICOSIS. HEAVY SHORT-TERM EXPOSURE MAY CAUSE ACUTE OR RAPIDLY DEVELOPING SILICOSIS.

    WEIGHMASTER CERTIFICATE

  • This is to certify that the commodity described below was weighed, measured, or counted by a weighmaster whose signature appears on this certificate and who is a recognized authority on accuracy, as prescribed by Chapter 7, commencing with Section 12700 of Division 5 of the California Business and Professions Code, and administered by the Division of Measurement Standards of the California Department of Food and Agriculture.
